For the younger Junior Golfer

D’Arcy Ranch Junior Golf Camp
Juniors of all abilities are invited to join this 3 week program.  Golfers aged 6 - 8 are encouraged to participate and learn etiquette, rules and swing fundamentals through a series of lessons, games and skill challenges on and off the golf course. The camp is designed to teach juniors the game of golf in the most fun and entertaining way possible while making new friends. Groups are set by age, we will try to accommodate requests. Limited space is available.
Cost - $100.00
Camp Itinerary
Week 1 7:00PM – 8:00PM
Pre Swing Routine – grip, stance, posture
Swing Plane – club path around the body
Target Challenge – hitting to targets from different distances
Week 2 7:00PM – 8:00PM
Full Swing – balance, motion, weight transfer and finish
Drivers – ball placement and teeing the golf ball
Tee Challenge – distance and accuracy
Week 3 7:00PM 8:00PM
Short Game – chipping, pitching and bunker play
Mini Putt Course – Set up on putting green
Week 4 7:00PM – 8:00PM
Par 3 Challenge – Set up around practice chipping green

  Please contact the proshop to register, space is limited. Deadline for registration is Wednesday, June 20th.
 
Inclement Weather: The Proshop will make any decisions on weather  one hour before  the camp starts.  Call 938-4455 for weather inquiries.
Clubs: Cut down clubs with a new junior grip on them are available in the Proshop. Please come and be fitted in advance of lesson series (not the day of). All clubs have a cost of $5.00 each.
Club Identification: All clubs and equipment should be tagged with players name and telephone number. Only bring the club needed for the class.
Driving Range: Juniors are encouraged to practice. All juniors who are enrolled in the D’Arcy Ranch program are eligible for 50% discount on a large bucket of balls. This offer is available whenever the range is open.
Parking Lot: Please drive carefully in the parking lot and warn your children of the dangers of running in the parking lot.
